Hofstetter Advokatur & Notariat AG uses the sample form of the Swiss/Lucerne Bar Association. The fee is calculated on the amount of time involved. We normally agree a fixed hourly rate. The fee level takes into account our experience, the complexity of the matter, particular urgency or the amount involved in the dispute. The standard secretarial work is included in the fee. Only administrative processing is billed separately. In addition to the fee we charge for our expenses incurred for photocopies, postage, telephone or similar plus the VAT.
Notarisation fees are charged in accordance with the Notarisation Fees Ordinance of the Canton of Lucerne (price list).
