We are a boutique law firm in the centre of Lucerne and offer a full range of legal services relating to real estate and inheritance. Our services are complemented by our notary's office. Whether you come from the hotel industry, office management or a law firm – if you enjoy welcoming people warmly, providing professional support and keeping track of things even in stressful moments, then you've come to the right place. You will be the host or hostess at reception – with organisational skills, warmth and reliability.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Legal assistant/receptionist (m/w/d)
50 – 100%

Tasks

  • Professional reception and support for our clients

  • Independent organisation of the secretarial office and performance of administrative tasks

  • Telephone calls and correspondence with clients, courts, banks and authorities

  • Organisation and management of client files

  • Scheduling and preparing meetings and gathering

  • Processing mail, including monitoring deadlines

  • Preparing documents according to templates and providing attachments

  • Processing and maintaining internal know-how

  • Planning and organising occasions and events

  • Supporting the notary's office

Qualification

  • Commercial training, legal assistant, commercial diploma, comparable training or training in the hotel industry

  • Service-oriented thinking, enjoyment of working with people and an open, friendly manner

  • Stylistically confident German and preferably foreign language skills

  • Good user knowledge of MS Office programmes

  • Precise working style and quick comprehension

  • Discretion, reliability and team spirit
