Domino Hofstetter - In addition to important principles of planning and environmental law, in her lecture at the Lucerne School of Engineering & Architecture on "Environmental Law" Hofstetter also addresses recent developments such as the amendments to the Federal Energy Act (EnG) to accelerate the procedures for wind projects of national interest, the partial revision of the wind energy guideline plan in the Canton of Lucerne or the cantonal and municipal implementation of the Federal Water Protection Act.
Raoul Niederberger - As a lecturer at the University of Lucerne, Raoul Niederberger uses cases to familiarise students with the introductory articles to the Civil Code and the law of persons and discusses, for example, the rule on the burden of proof, which is important for practice in civil courts.
We thank both of them for their commitment and efforts to inspire and educate the next generation of lawyers and environmental engineers.
