Today, our Attorneys at Law Domino Hofstetter and André Bucher had the opportunity to speak at the summer conference of the Swiss Association of Cantonal Real Estate Valuation Experts (SVKG) in Grangeneuve FR.
The focus of their presentation was on the risks involved in the valuation of unapproved buildings and uses outside the building zone, as well as the practical effects of the RPG 2 revision on property valuations.
